Great drink! Needs a bit more apple cider than called for but great summer drink.

Looked good when she was making it, but turned out a huge disappointment! The acid from the lemon juice cooked the egg white and even after a good shake was slimy and gross to drink. Had to strain it to get some of the egg out. As for the flavor, the ratios are way off. If mixed per this recipe, you can't taste the apple it's just booze. I might play with the recipe to get a better flavor, but tonight I found myself adding at least double the quantity of apple cider to make it drinkable...my husband didn't like it no matter what he did to try and fix it.
