Absolutely delicious! The chicken remained moist which is difficult to do sometimes. I used turkey bacon and Gorgonzola cheese (without the blue veins. I love that it only has five ingredients. So easy to make:

i made this recipe for Valentine's day dinner and it turned out great. The hardest part was finding chicken breast with enough skin to make stuffing it easy. It was super juicy and flavorful. Blue cheese flavor mellowed with cooking.

we also used this recipe on skinless chicken breast and Iused a shallot instead of chives and we liked it alot we added a few breadcrumbs on top but i don't know if it really needed it it was very moist and flavorful and as a side dish I made a box of fareast brand pinenut couscous and used an add to it stir in recipe on the box that said add blue cheese and dried cranberries to the couscous when it is done . it made a tasty side dish and the flavors were really good together

Loved this recipe! I used skinless, boneless chicken breasts. It's less cooking time that way! Chicken just melts in your mouth! I topped with black olives before serving!

Delicious, and a top 5 dish, according to my husband. I substituted Cheddar for Blue, and only had boneless skinless on hand, but they turned out great! I sprinkled a few breadcrumbs on top of each one for a little extra crunch. My husband is very excited about the butter compound waiting in the fridge!

My boyfriend hates baked chicken but he loved this one!!! I was so happy. the only thing is i don't really like the smell of blue cheese so next time ill probably try a different cheese but other than the smell i loved it also.

Our family's all time favorite Chicken dish! Always tender, always crispy outside, and super moist and flavorful inside.

Absolutely love this recipe! Chicken always comes out moist and FULL of flavor. Not the most healthy recipe but it is definitely requested often at our house. I changed it up once....instead of blue cheese & bacon, I made it with feta and sun-dried tomatoes. It was also really good but not as good as the original recipe. Try it....you'll like it! =

My whole family loves this chicken. Even my 4 year old daughter who thinks chicken is chicken nuggets!

Im a Pescatarian but am always on the search for a simple but yummy recipe for my boyfriend. He gives this one double thumbs up with great flavor, even though he HATES butter and I substituted low-fat ingredients, which he is also not a fan of, and it's really moist unlike others I've tried. This has become one of his favorites!

On top of it all, he can't wait to try the butter compound on corn on the cob!
    Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner!
