I didn't have chicken with skin so I just stuffed the chicken breast with the butter and it was still amazing!!! This is definitely my new go-to chicken meal. It came out perfectly!!! So easy and so cheap!

I'll give it 4 stars but I actually didn't like my end result. I'll blame myself because I think I bought a really salty blue cheese block therefore the chicken came out extremely salty. I really want to love this because I love blue cheese so I'll try this again oneday.

I'm about to get married an just a few weeks, so I've been putting together a few recipes that are easy and delicious to cook for my future husband & I. I haven't had any "bone in & skin on" chicken around the house so I used boneless & skinless, and it turned out fantastic! This will be a forever favorite. I've made it twice already and mixed it up a bit with trying different cheeses & herbs as well!! Super simple, very easy, and so good!! This will be a recipe that's passed down to my children & grandchildren!

I loved the compound butter (in fact, we're topping some burgers with it tonight!, but I'd probably make this with pounded and stuffed boneless skinless breasts next time. That way the blue cheese/bacon flavor will be even more pronounced.

I used boneless skinless chicken breast, Feta instead of blue cheese and cut a pocket and stuffed with the compound butter and tied with string. Placed open side down and smeared the top of the breast with the compound butter. It did smoke a little; opening a window cleared the air. Very tasty indeed.

Everyone loved this chicken, very flavorful and juicy. My whole house smoked up though, not sure why.
