LOVE IT! This has become my "go to" recipe when I have company for dinner (which is often. EVERYONE (even a few people who, by their words, hate blue cheese loves it. I have been making this for guests for about a year +/- and they always ask for the recipe and eat it all. I don't use organic chicken breasts (I'm sorry but $6 a breast is just too much but it is wonderful nevertheless!!!! Last week I put it under the skin and even made a little incision in the breast itself and put some there too! GREAT! Chicken always so flavorful and moist! Thanks Claire!!!

WEll, i have yet to make it but i saw u make it on TV miss claire and it seemed amazing i dont think i would use Blue cheese thought i may use something else by the looks of the comments the Chedder seems like a winner love the show and hope to see more chicken recipes :

I don't usually like to cook with chicken breast because it turns out dry BUT not with this recipe...WOW! My family loved it. I didn't use blue cheese (I used cheddar since it's what I had but it still turned out perfect. The bacon infused into the chicken and it was delicious. It was also very easy. I will definitely use this recipe again and again. Thanks!

OMG so good!!!! My family loved it they cud not believe how good this dish is. This by fair is my new favorite chicken dish. I just changed the cheese because i do not like blue but the dish wonderful.

This is soo good .We our not fans of blue cheese so I used feta .Didnt have chicken breast use turkey breast ...My husband and friends want me to make this all the time now ...Keep up the good work cause this is a keeper and so easy

Tasted OK. Probably wouldn't make it again because the butter made my oven and kitchen very smokey.
