Easy and delicious. Nice hint of chai in the chocolate. Really fun to make on cold winter days.

Please ignore the idiots who rate before they make the recipe or rate hairstyles. Food Network is both cooking and entertainment. Claire is a highly skilled, beautiful chef on a television show. Enjoy the show and her great personality. It?s not a classroom.

I saw this episode yesterday and went right out to the grocery store to get all the ingredients. Couldn't find boneless chicken breasts with the skin on, so bought without.. figure I'll just stuff the butter compote in it and see how it goes. Cannot wait to try it!

I made this exactly as shown. My husband, who claims to not like chicken, loved this - he said it is probably the best chicken he's ever had. I have to agree -it was moist and flavorful. I just wish I could buy boneless breasts with the skin ON...after all my years of cooking, I still can't debone a chicken breast in a civilized way. Maybe Claire can give us a lesson...Anyway, I will make this again and again! Great recipe! BTW ladies, if she's swishing her hair, who cares? I do think she looks prettier this season, for whatever reason, so let her enjoy it!

I actually didn't make the chicken breast, but made the mixed butter. I topped a couple grilled steaks with the blue cheese butter and it was amazing. My husband actually wanted to know what else we could cook to top with this butter. What a great idea and I love the fact it keeps for a long time in the freezer as well!

How's about you actually write a review on the food! I'm going to be making this next Friday and I'll be back to let you know if it was any good or not. You girls just sound jealous...and ridiclous!

I frankly was surprised at all the hair swishing today. Claire is a pretty girl and I agree with the other poster that her hair should just be tied back. Seems to me that is Chef Skills 101.

Today's menu looks very tasty and I can't wait to try it.

I like Claire a lot but the hair distraction needs to be fixed.

Also Food Network's website is still a frustration to navigate and I can't believe after all the comments I have read about it, it still is one of the worst.

    Love, Food Network, though!!!
