Added cinnamon, vanilla, and dark chocolate chips. To die for!

I followed this recipe to the letter but thought it did not have enough flavor. If I make it again, I would add a little vanilla or flavored liquor. We ate it warm and it benefited from whipped cream and maple syrup.

OMG I have never ever made Bread pudding before this was the easiest and tastiest recipe I have ever made. I am going to make again but this time with applesauce to see how that comes out. I did add some nutmeg and a little less of the brown sugar as it was very sweet.
But great recipe. Thank you Claire for sharing.

OMG! This was the BEST Banana Bread Pudding I've ever had. So delicious. Highly recommend! I used the Trader Joe's brioche rolls, which are sold in the package weighted about 1 lb. Perfect!

This was divine. It seemed strange to me, though, that there was no cinnamon or nutmeg. But it didn't need it. It was perfect as is. Could not find brioche so used challah from Trader Joe's.

Heavenly! I made it with a left over loaf of honey bread that I'd made and added cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. I will definitely make this again with other fruits, nuts and chocolate.
