Very tasty and easy to make. If I hadn't watched to show I would have thought something was wrong when I had all the ingredients together in the food processor- looks fall apart but rolls out nicely. When cooled sticks stand up nicely for serving.

Claire,
OMG! You've done it again.
Although, I did play just a little BYOC, my family and friend licked the plate and begged for more.
My BYOC substitution:
1 tbsp of ground sesame seeds plus 1/2 tsp pepper for the 1 tbsp of BBQ Seasoning mix, and then followed your suggestion for the egg wash & sesame seeds. Rave reviews for both of us.
