Delicious! So good! And like the previous review, I only used 2 onions and it was plenty enough for 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry. This recipe is a keeper!

I made this for Thanksgiving, it was absolutely delicious, made a big hit. I will definitely make this again! But it definitely took more than 20 minutes to make the caramelized onions, took me at least an hour. But it was worth it.

Yummy and easy! Thanks so much.... Although I couldn't master making the leaves.... That will take this novice some more work.

I just happened to catch this episode and saw her and a friend making this puff. I made it for Thanksgiving and am making it for Christmas. We love it-- what a hit!! In our house it's not eaten quickly (we're grazers... so I cut the cheese in wedges and fix it in sections so we can have warm brie puff through out the day!
