    Awesome. Saw this recipe in rerun last weekend and had to make it today for the Super Bowl. Fabulous glaze, fabulous technique - the cook time was right on. I'd call it a sweet heat - not at all overpowering. Yay, Claire!

    Claire you are great!!! I watched your show this morning and had to try your delicious looking wing recipe. These wings are awesome!!! My wife and son loved them! We easily finished the entire platter. Iwill be making them again next weekend for super bowl sunday Thank you! I love your show!

    Hi everyone! I have read so many awesome reviews about this dish and I can't wait to cook it! My only concern is that I have not found the hot red pepper jelly in stores. Does anyone know any brand of such item sold in Southern California? Any recommendations? I will appreciate your response!

    They were delicious! I was skeptical as well about the heat factor, but they were right on. My husband ate a whole plate to himself and he is a picky wing eater!

    We loved these wings! I thought they were going to be alot spicier, but they were perfect! Instead of brushing them at the end before serving, I put the wings in a bowl and tossed them with the remaining sauce. This allowed it to coat them better. This is my go to recipe for wings!

    Loved these wings! I thought they were gonna be alot spicier, but they were dead on it! Thanks Claire for this great wing recipe1 This is my go to recipe for wings! I think I will try it on a whole chicken cut up! Thanks again!!
