    FIXED THIS FOR THANKSGIVING AND WHAT A HUGE HIT THIS WAS YOU WOULD NEVER KNOWN THIS HAD BRUSSELS SPROUTS IN IT. I HAVE MADE THIS MANY MORE TIMES SINCE THEN AND EVERY TIME I LOVE IT EVEN MORE THAN THE LAST TIME

    Tried the recipe tonight and it was a hit! Easy and brings a new way / flavor to a vegetable that has not been too popular. This one is a keeper!

    This recipe was great! I wanted to include something different for our holiday menu this year, so I chose this one. My family thought I was crazy and my grandmother said she would not eat them. I finally convinced her to give it a go and she actually had seconds. The recipe was quite simple to prepare and ended up being the one item most discussed. Thanks Claire, love your show. I TIVO them all and watch them again right before preparing. I especially love that the grocery list is managable. Your the best!

    I made this recipe for a side dish on Thanksgiving this year, and I have to say thank you to Claire Robinson for putting together a recipe that we all loved including brussel sprouts. Growing up in a family that swore off brussel sprouts I was taking a risk making this for thanksgiving, and it was one of the first dishes finished off that evening!

    Hubby and I loved this recipe. Easy enough for everyday but elegant enough for guests. Will add a dash of fresh nutmeg next time, but otherwise perfect!

    I tried this recipe out today for Thanksgiving; I thought it would be the perfect time and it was! Most people don't like brussel sprouts but those of us that do thought this recipe is the absolute best! I've already been asked to make this for every family get together & to forward the recipe to the vegetarians in the family!

    I just started watching Claire recently. She's great! And her recipes look fantastic. I'm looking forward to serving her Brussels sprouts gratin at our Thanksgiving dinner this year. So many of her other recipes look good, too. She's a great addition to the line-up on the network. Thanks also to the input of other reviewers regarding this gratin recipe; I'll keep the tips in mind this Thursday!!

    I tried this recipe this evening and it was great!! It was very easy and quick. I will use this one often. I did put my own spin on it by adding panco bread crumbs on the top. Yummy, yummy, yummy, Thanks for this one, it is great

    I tried this recipe last night and it was WONDERFUL! I never made a white sauce before but Claire made it look so easy on the show. I bought some sprouts and made it for dinner and it was soooo easy. I even bought the exact cheese she used and it was delicious! I would recommend for those that say it was too cheesy or creamy, etc. to just cut the sauce in half and not make so much. Simple fix. Or, add more sprouts. I definitely will be making this more often!!! Thanks Claire.
