This was good but definitely too dry. Next time, I will add mayo and onions.

Made this for super bowl and it was a huge hit. However, I can't leave any recipe alone, so I added grated onion to the mix, and a little mayonnaise because I thought it was a little thick. Other than that---it was more popular than the hummus.

This is a great recipe however I have a couple of suggestions. Substitute chunky blue cheese dressing for some of the crumbles and it won't be dry at all. And if you want to make it healthy, next year use some of your left over turkey from thanksgiving instead of chicken. It tastes just as great with less calories. I did it w/o telling my guests and no one could tell the difference.

This was a great recipe! Everyone loved it so much I made a double batch the next time. I did get better responses with using both Ken's 1/2c blue cheese & 1/2c ranch salad dressings instead of the crumbled blue cheese. You can also add 1c of sharp or mild shredded cheddar cheese if you're a cheese lover.

I added a handful of monterey jack cheese and topped it with seasoned panko before putting in the oven. It disappeared quickly at our family function!

Add some blue cheese dressing to make it more moist. It is one of my favorite app recipes. And I put the celery on the side for dipping along with tortilla chips, not in the dip.

One of the best recipes that I make for neighborhood gatherings. We tried it with "fat free" cream cheese and Gorgonzola cheese, it was still a hit. We named it "Blazing Saddles Buffalo Chicken Dip" as the movie theme that night...HA. Thanks Claire for the recipe, it will be made for several more events in my future! Cheers!

I noticed it bubbled within 5 minutes on 450, I turned it down to 350 for 20 minutes. It was perfect. Will pass this recipe on, thanks!

I was so excited to try this recipe for a family cook off during the Christmas holiday. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out the way I expected. I doubled the recipe and used two rotisserie chickens, plus all other ingredients were doubled, except the hot sauce because I didn't want it to be too spicey for children who was in attendance. It turned out dry, and it was too much chicken and not enough flavor. It was eaten and the family stated that it was good but dry. I will make it again for the superbowl game and this time I will use less chicken, and add some sour creme to add moisture so it won't get even dryer during the baking process. It's a great easy recipe to use for parties and gatherings.
