I made this dip for a Mother's Day family barbeque & it was a HIT! I did, however, stretch this recipe into 2 dips...I used 2 packages of reduced fat cream cheese with 3/4 cup of the hot sauce & melted as directed. But I used just 1 rotisserie chicken & about 1/4 cup of the blue cheese crumbles on each dip. Baked as directed. It was plenty & everyone thought it was great! I'm sure I will make this again & again! Thanks Claire!!! Your show is awesome!

AWESOME................ Made this today for a family party (made 2, huge hit. I'll be sending copies to many people tomorrow. I served with doritos scoops and celery sticks.
Only problem no left over for tonight done. Easy and minimal cleanup. I know what I'll be asked to make for the next get together. Thanks Claire.

This dip was a MAJOR hit with my co-workers!!! We recently had a pot-luck lunch and I took a chance and made the Buffalo Chicken Dip...and never having made it before...that was a risky move on my part, for sure!!! BUT...EVERYONE raved about it...even those who aren't fan of really HOT food...including myself!! The heat was a little much for me and another co-worker...but, we both agreed it had a great taste!! I've already had to pass the recipe around to several co-workers!!! I was SO surprised at all the kudos for "my" dip!!! I WILL be making this again!!

WOW! All the taste of chicken wings without all of the skin and grease! I'm really not a fan of wings anyway, but they always smell SO good. This dip couldn't be any easier and it is delicious. Great idea to combine the cream cheese and hot sauce on the stove....putting the cream cheese in the microwave wouldn't be the same. I did use lower fat cream cheese and it turned out perfect. I am definitely making this for the next family party!
