The recipe was a huge hit at the dinner party today. I dressed it with a blueberry and raspberry reduction sauce and garnished with mint. My only question was how to keep the consistency throughout the desert. The gelatin separated from the heavier cream area when it set. So there was a clear film. It still tasted delicious though...any thoughts?

This was so easy & tasty. Served with berrys with lemoncello over it . It really impressed my friends.
Especially that it was lighter than most panna cottas.
