I wasn't sure if I'd miss having a traditional caesar dressing but turns out I like this salad WAY better! The crusty croutons are too die for! Like others have said, this salad will become a regular in my household.

This salad has become a staple in my home.
For a dessert i tossed some of the "crusty" croutons with cinnamon and sugar. Yum!

I didn't make the pizza, but i made everything else and it was delicious! The 'croutons' for the salad were super easy and delicious...they definitely added a different taste and texture to this simple and refreshing salad. The dessert was fantastic as well. Who can argue with mascarpone and strawberries! My 3 year old loved it all and my 1 year old enjoyed munching on the croutons while i was making the rest of dinner. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed making this salad. The croutons were very good and the salad dressing of lemon and garlic olive oil was even complimented by my 16 year old son ("I like the lemon in the salad." I will definitely make this salad again for the family and possibly for a party since it's so easy to make. P.S. I used a garlic herb pizza dough to give the croutons an extra kick of flavor.

Not only was the salad so tasty but those croutons! I would totally make those another night and make a huge batch of them to put on when friends are over with some drinks and appetizers! You can add so many different spices to change up the flavors. Will make again for sure!
