This was surprising delicious. It was very smooth and had a buttery texture (except there was no butter... perfect!. This would be a great substitute for mashed potatos. It's unfortunate so many people rated it so low for reasons that had nothing to do with this recipe.

Twenty-eight reviews and I'm the first person to actually be reviewing this recipe? The comment section is for commenting on the recipe. Anyway, I liked the puree. It's really more of a four-star recipe, but I'm giving it five to balance out all the false reviews below. I made it for a family event and everyone agreed that it was new and interesting (in a good way. It's a really tasty way to get in your vegetables. Make sure to use salt and pepper, though, it really makes a difference.

I'm still trying to find the desert from Sat. Dec. 5th. , Simple but Spectacular Holiday Dinner. The only one that comes up is "Carrot Celerey Root Puree". I'm quite frustrated with your new website. It used to be so easy to find whatever you were looking for. Food network stars & shows were listed alphabetically & showed recent episodes by date. Now its a challenge everytime I go on. I'm still trying to find the Dec. ???? What the-----

I was really excited about trying the cornish hens au vin but extremely disappointed at how difficult it is to find the recipe. Thanks to others for posting a link so I can find it. I'm really disappointed in the "new and improved" website. It's not as user friendly as it used to be. It takes too long now to find recipes. Before, it was easy to find recipes from the same episode. Also there was a monthly calendar so if you watched a show last week that you want the recipe for, you could just click on that date. I also liked the ability to see "recently aired" by show, if you didn't remember the name of the recipe or the date it aired. The 5 star rating is only in anticipation of the hen recipe being absolutely fabulous.

The cornish game hen recipe was a different way in which to cook them and I wanted to try to serve this dish for the Christmas holiday, but I can't find the recipe. Is there some way that you can send it to me. Thanks!

When you find the cosmo page, the other recipes are to the left of the page. They are all there, you have to look at the title to the left for the chutney
recipe.
