I agree. It shouldn't be this hard to find today's recipes. I did find the recipe for the Clementine Cosmos. Go to http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/claire-robinson/clementine-cosmos-recipe/index.html. Good luck. The one star is not for the recipe but rather for our ability to find it. We're preparing the drinks now!

I prefer the old format of the website much better too. It was MUCH easier to find things. It took me over half and hour to find the rest of the recipes from this show. I sure hope these comments are read by the staff at the Food network and are taken into consideration.

I'm planning on making the Clementine Cosmo tomorrow night for my monthly women?s cooking group. I sorta jotted it down but thought I could find it here.
Carol, I hope this helps.
Simple Syrup - 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, not sure how many clementines it may have been 3. Cooked down, strained.
1/3 cup lime juice
Not sure how much cranberry juice
1 1/2 cups vanilla vodka
Shake with ice
Clementine slice in glass

I'm not rating the recipe because I haven't make it yet (even though I had to add a review in order to post my comment, just wanted to let anybody that was wondering where to find the recipe that I typed "Cornish Hens" in the space for search, and there it was in the second or third page of the results, will post my reviews after I make the dish. Thanks Claire for your great and easy recipes, I really enjoy your show. To the food network web page administrators, please try to do a better job of keeping the page properly organized and up to date with the shows :

It's only Simple and Spectacular if you have the recipe! Where's the other recipes for this show? Why do you only post part of the shows recipes?

I found the recipes for Cornish Hens Au Vin, and Spiced Stone Fruit Chutney by typing in the following in the Search Block: Claire Robinson cornish hen recipe. After the recipe came up I then typed in the following in the Search Block:
Claire Robinson chutney recipe. I hope this helps someone.
I agree that I don't like the Website format, I liked the old one better.

I always look at the ratings for the recipe itself to determine if it's worth my time. If you are going to use your personal time to post a review, please stick to reviewing the recipe, not the website or the website administrator. You are defeating the whole purpose of the ratings and making Claire's recipe seems like it would not be worth making. This might be a great recipe, but it's showing as mediocre. Contact Food Network, don't give recipes low ratings for no apparent reason.
