I thought cheese pasta was very good. The white cheddar and dijon really make it yummy. I made it like Claire did on the show which is different on the internet recipe. 2cps penne instead of 4cps and 8oz W. Cheddar instead of 4oz.

I think that with the aged cheddar and Dijon u didn't need to put a lot of salt like Claire said on the show

A really great recipe for a quick side dish. Next time I will probably use two different types of cheese. The cheddar alone was a little harsh. Maybe some Gruyere.

This was so good! I wasn't sure if I'd like the dijon mustard in it but it really added an extra kick to it that was perfect! You could definitely taste it along with the aged cheddar. Super easy and fast to make when you're in a hurry or just looking for an easy side dish.

Made it with aged Irish cheddar and half & half. Delicious! There were no leftovers, because my husband ate about a half pound of penne! Claire rocks!

Very easy and very yummy. I have now made this twice, once for a family cookout and another time when the girls came over for dinner. A hit both times! Both adults and kids enjoyed! My husband enjoyed the leftovers...he felt adding a tiny splash of milk when reheating worked better.
