This dish would be so much better if you added meat. When I tasted it, it was very bland. I would've preferred the one out of the box.

I saw your show for the first time this morning, and I'm already in love with it! As a young viewer, I'm about to move into my first home. I can't wait to bring your recipes with me! I love to cook and love simple, easy recipes that I can truly enjoy making and eating. Your show is absolutely perfect for me and my lifestyle. Not to mention, all the ingredients are easy to find and are cost effective! Reading your ingredient lists, I don't feel like I'm going to break the bank grocery shopping.

Not to mention, I LOVE the idea of this recipe! I love mac-n-cheese and I can't wait to try the "adult" version. I'm tired of the box mac-n-cheese, but I have never found a home-made version that has looked easy enough to try. I love that you added dijon mustard - I would never have thought to tried it.

I can't wait to see more! I have a new reason to get up on Saturday mornings.

I used a great sharp white cheddar, and the whole family LOVES this. "Grown up" mac and cheese is my all time favorite food, but i was blown away by how simple and delicious this was. It's a great dish alone, but the dijon pairs it well with the pork featured in the same episode.

I love this show and Claire's approach to cooking.

I was really thrown by the dijon mustard... but I went with it anyway. This is an excellent pasta dish! (make sure you add enough salt

I made this for my family and they loved it. My husband especially liked that little hint of dijon. I usually fix recipes exactly as written the first time. However, I didn't have heavy cream on hand. Took a risk and made it with fat free half and half instead--worked surprisingly well! I'm having the leftovers for lunch today and it actually is great reheated too. I look forward to trying the recipe with the cream next time.

My husband and children all liked it. They thought it was great. I thought it was a little too sharp, wasn't ecstatic about the flavor. And when it sat too long it was kind of gritty. BUT!! I love the show, wish it was on more!! And I appreciate the simplicity of the dishes, yet they're fancified. : Next time, I'll try it with a different cheese, and maybe some bacon.

I wasn't sure about this recipe, but my husband and I decided to try it. We used the aged white cheddar and added some Pepper Jack for some added spice. The dish was a hit and the whole family enjoyed it. We will definitely make this again.
