Heavy cream & sharp cheddar -- what's not to love? This dish was incredibly creamy and delicious. To "lighten" it up a bit, I used about half the pasta called for and added 2 cups broccoli florets the last couple of minutes of cooking time, then made the sauce with the hot pasta & broccoli. It made a fabulous primavera side dish.

I always use a boxed mac & cheese because I thought making it from scratch would be too difficult- boy was I wrong. This was so easy & tastes delicious. I just made it for dinner tonight and will be eating it in a few minutes. I know it will be a hit.

This was so easy to make. It was cheesy and moist not dry at all.
This is one of my new favorites. Next time I will try it with sharp yellow cheddar!!!

I made this using whole wheat rotini because that was all I had. I used a nice sharp English cheddar and some drunken goat cheese. Unfortunately, I almost ruined the whole thing because I misread the recipe in used 2 tablespoons of mustard instead of 2 teaspoons. It was very mustardy...but that was my fault. I'm sure it will turn out fabulous next time with not as much mustard :

I made this with Sharp Cheddar Cheese, maybe try Extra sharp and add alot of salt to the water and pepper to the pasta. It came out very bland had to add parmesan cheese.
