Super easy and sooo good! I just made these for Valentine's Day, I had to sneak a couple while I was dipping them and it's perfect!

So simple, so delicious. I bought really good strawberries for this and it paid off. The bittersweet chocolate hits just the right note with the incredibly juicy and sweet fruit! Yum. Chili powder is a nice addition. Next time I will substitute chili with some sea salt to change things up a bit.

These are fabulous, and always a big hit. The last time I made them, I also added a little cinnamon to the mix and everyone loved them this way too, even kids. You can adjust the chili if you like it spicier. Taking the time to melt the chocolate over the simmering water really makes this foolproof.

Nice! I'm sure this tastes great with the chili. I didn't have any, just did without, and with half and half instead of heavy cream and it was fantastic!

The cream and stuff did make the chocolate creamier and easier to get on the strawberries, but I couldn't taste the chili. That disappointed me, I love chili-chocolate, next time I'll try adding more chili powder.

I've always loved chocolate covered strawberries, but never thought to add the cream and butter to the melting chocolate. It made it so much creamier and easier to get a good coat on the berries. I want to put this on everything! Definitely simple and so delicious.

the reason you are having that proble is because you are trying to do it fast, if you still want to micowave it, you must stir about ever 30 sec. yes i said ever 30, and even then it depends on your own personal micowave. also try putting the mix in with the chocolate, the problem you might be having is caused by the temp diferance in the chocolate and the liquid.
