What is crema? What kind of package is it in and what area of the grocery store would I find it? This recipe sounds delicious and I would love to try it.

My family loved this meal! The crema sauce is incredible and adds a kick to the taco. I also made the slaw from this same episode which was really fresh and delicious. I took a shortcut on the chicken and used chicken breasts that I had on hand. I prepared them in the oven with the lime juice, salt and pepper, but used chicken stock instead of the water for added flavor and to preserve moisture. AMAZING! I'll definitely make this again!

This is a great dinner, especially with the slaw and layered salad on the Taco Night show. I thought the crema was way too spicy though (and I like spicy. I recommend starting out with only 1 chipotle pepper and adjust to your taste from there.

This chicken recipe is amazing and so simple! This was my first time actually cooking with Chipolte peppers though. I know that I like the flavors in food I order out but this was nothing like the flavor I am familiar with. Neither my husband or I enjoyed the Chipotle cream sauce. Not sure if it was my lack of experience with the ingredient or the brand of peppers I bought. They were the only ones that I could find at the store. This recipe is definetlly a do over again minus the chipotle cream sauce. Thanks Claire!

This chicken was so easy and so flavorful! The crema and chipotle peppers in adobo sauce were yummy with just the right kick! The slaw was yummy on the tacos, but when I ate the leftovers as a side dish, it was good, but not as good. Great combination of flavors!

This roasted chicken recipe is awsome! It makes the tacos. I used different toppings but it didn't matter b/c this chicken was so flavorable. If you have the time to roast your chicken it is worth it!

I made every recipe from this episode for my own Girl's Taco Night and it was a SUCCESS. Especially the margaritas. The chicken was so moist and the crema and slaw just completed the tacos. Even my kids couldn't get enough.

The crema + chipotles was delicious! I cheated when I made this dinner and used a rotisserie chicken. I added cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice to it. I wanted to make the recipe as on the show, but it was just too hot to heat up the kitchen.
The crema was delicious. I will make again. I had to adjust the ratios of crema to chipotle. Also, the longer you let it sit, the spicier it gets. Beware if you make it in advance!!

I used a store bought chicken to save time and everything was fabulous!!! My Husband could not get enough. Saw this yesterday and planned to make the whole meal today. The slaw...the layered salad...so good and fresh! Lots of chopping but totally worth it!
