These were so simple to make and they tasted fantastic! They are my husband's favorite dessert now and I have to agree with him! We actually used raspberry jam instead of cherry because I don't like cherries and it tasted great!

I made this dessert for Christmas dinner and it was a huge hit! The individual serving and the whole presentation is elegant and looks like it took a whole lot more work than it does. Its like jumping into a divine bowl of melted chocolate. Just a warning, the dessert is extremely rich and decadent and finishing the whole ramekin took some effort. I think it can be divided into more than 4 servings since its so rich. Some of us saved the rest to eat the next day! Also, the whip on top is very necessary as it serves to balance out the intense chocolatiness. I would definitely reccommend this as something very easy to make and even better to eat!

This is a great way for me to use up any egg yolks I have left over from other meals that require only egg whites only. I did not have time to make the fresh whip cream to match it and instead i used store bought whip cream and topped it with fresh rasberry's and blueberry's. That made it a complete dessert for me, definatly needs some fresh fruit on top. But overall great easy dessert to make before hand for entertaining.

I was amazed at how easy and how decadent this recipe turned out to be! Claire, this may just be your best creation yet!! True chocolate lovers are going to LOVE this! I did let these rest in the fridge overnight, and I also had slightly larger ramekins so I had to bake them about 10-15 min longer. Overall, this recipe really couldn't be any simpler to make and it came out like a gourmet restaurant desert! I made this for a special holiday diner with my boyfriend and after tasting it he said, "You may just be the best cook in the world!" (and that's considering I've made some pretty amazing deserts for him before!

I would give this 10 stars if I could! So rich, and literally melts in your mouth...yumm!

LOVE this recipe! It was super easy to make but it gave big results. Very chic, very gourmet and rich in taste. I made a really good impression with this one. I also love that it doesn't cost much to make at all. Thanks Claire!

This was great, you can use any flavor you want in the whip and it's awesome! Just make sure you measure the chocolate right because I used too much and it was VERY dense and VERY rich... but everyone still ate it all!!

This dish is so unbelievably delicious that I immediately thanked God for giving me the ability to taste. It put me on a decadent chocolate high that I want to replicate over and over again. Claire was right -- it truly is a restaurant quality dessert. So easy to make and very little mess. I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe as making it lower in fat or sugar would truly ruin it.
