This was very easy to make and turned out great. I used four larger individual ramekins (because that's all I had and cooked for 32 minutes because I like when they are drier.

Kids thought it was a little bitter because of the very dark chocolate taste. There's not much sugar added so that kept the dark chocolate taste front and center ... which I thought was great. There is a mistake where the ingredient list says 1/4 c. sugar and the recipe says 1/3 so maybe I could have used more sugar.

Awesome for a gluten-free dessert!

Never made souffle before, but have eaten plenty. I loved it! Don't think I need to find another chocolate souffle recipe, after all why when this one is delicious and super easy! Thanks Claire!

For a 5 ingredient souffle, this is great! Not extremely tasty, but in a pinch, this is a super easy, super fast and good-tasting dessert!

I actually was able to see Claire make this desert. The trick is to have all your ingredients prepared. I have never made a souffle before, and it came out perfect. TRULY EASY! I added a teaspoon of expresso powder to the chocolate, it brings out the rich flavor of the chocolate. Served with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center. My 15 year old son said he was in heaven. Awe! It doesn't get any better than that.

I have never made a souffle before, but my 7 year old was intrigued after watching Claire with me. I didn't have good dark chocolate, so I used "good old" Nestle semi sweet chips. It came out sooo good! And it was so easy to make. All the kids dug in and loved how the egg whites grew in the oven. YUM!

This is a fabulous recipe! So easy and delicious! My 7 year old daughter helped me with the entire process, including majority of the eating....lol! It's way better than many of the other many ingredient souffles I've made and it's WAY easier and elegant. Thank you Claire!
