Seriously all this recipe was melting chocolate and forming them into balls. And then dipping them in milk chocolate. You could just buy regular chocolate and just eat it. You dont have to add cream and all those stuff. It was a big waste of time. But the white chocolate part was really creamy. I would never make this recipe again!

This was very light and delicious. yes it was u have to make sure u chill the chocolate. and work with it quickly. So it wont be so sweet, i shopped around for coconut that did not have extra added sugar. Usually grocery stores sell sweetened coconut went to a local market that sell natural coconut flakesand chopped it up to be finer peices. mmmm that made just right.

The recipe is easy and good! The only way you would fail is if you simply did not chill the chocolate 'twice' for the full time as directed. The only drawback for me is that I'm not crazy about candy types with vanilla cream centers. The white chocolate is more like a vanilla cream rather than that 'heaven on earth' chocolate on chocolate.

I had HORRIBLE luck with this recipe. The chocolate wouldn't form a ball shape, they melted all over my hands and the dark chocolate to cover the white chocolate was way to thick. They were too sweet and they looked horrible. I wouldn't recommend this recipe to anyone.

I used a bar broken up with a bag of white chocolate chips, worked well. I had a little problem with the dark chocolate coating process and ran out of my toasted coconut, so used the untoasted for the remaining, both were good. I'd definitely make these again & play with different coatings as well. Good foundational recipe. Thanks Claire!

These are definitely very rich so if you don't like super sweet this is not the dessert for you. My friends and family loved these. They are yummy. I did not use coconut on mine since I don't like shaved coconut. Also, I would double the recipe if you have a large group coming over or if you want to give these as a gift.

These turned out beautifully and are incredibly delicious! I am very pleased with the results. The white chocolate ganache was a little challenging to work with, but once I got it covered in the dark chocolate, it held the ball shape nicely. These would be a great little hostess gift to bring over to various holiday parties or to put out after dinner.
