This was easy to make and had great flavor. I used 3/4 tsp cinnamon in both the cream cheese mixture and the whipped cream. I also added 1 tsp almond extract to the cream cheese mixture...yummy! The only thing I think this dessert is missing is some texture. Something crunchy would be a great addition as the whole dessert is whipped cream consistency.

I thought this cake was easy to make and very tasty. I thought that 2 teaspoons of cinnamon was a little too strong, though, and ended up adding more cream to lighten the taste. I will make this again, but only use 1 teaspoon of cinnamon next time. I also thought the leftovers from the fridge the next day tasted even better.

Amazing! Easy to make, even easier to eat! Light and fluffy. After reading the reviews, some said it was bland, so I split the cinnamon, 1 tsp in the cream cheese & 1 tsp in the frosting, perfect! I love cinnamon (if I smell it, I have to eat it. I probably love it more than chocolate! I thought 2 tsp of cinnamon was be a bit much because if you use too much cinnamon in something, it turns out soapy tasting. To answer one reviewers question, Claire did use the chocolate wafer cookies, but said you could use grahams instead. Well, a pkg of those cookies (1 stack was $4.50, I didn't know if 1 box would do it and I wasn't paying $9.00 for cookies! The grahams were on sale, 2 for $5.00, so I got cinnamon grahams. A lot of icebox cakes use graham crackers anyways. Another thing I did different was I used an 8" springform pan and I started with a layer of crackers on the bottom and then proceeded to layer. I will definitely be making this again. Another great recipe from Claire!

Was really tasty, light and fluffy. I followed the recipe completely. Everyone really enjoyed it, although I thought the cinnamon was a little much for my taste. I will definitely make this again, perhaps with just a teaspoon of cinnamon. Can't wait to try this again. I'm thinking about trying it with oreos!

So Good! Took to a cook out tonight and everyone loved it! I did use the graham crackers and also on one layer added fudge sauce (Smuckers Chocolate. Did not frost either as I used a bread pan. It was great!

I cut the recipe in half and used a mini springform pan. Perfect for two people! Froze half! Didn't frost it - didn't need it! Dusted the top w the cookie crumbs! Really delicious treat!

Couldn't wait to make this after watching the episode. My husband and I really loved it. Next time I will attempt to lower the fat and calories a little. I am going to try and freeze the leftovers (there are only two of us in small portions and take out as wanted. Another Claire Robinson success!
