This was super quick and easy to prepare. My husband is eating them now and says he can't believe how moist the meat is and calling it "heaven in my mouth".

The recipe was a good start, but I would have liked more of the garlic flavor. What I really enjoyed was the moistness of the chicken. Nothing is worse than dry baked or roasted chicken so I loved that about this recipe. Would try it again with some variation.

good, It does have a lighter flavor, which is nice. I think next time I will grill it instead. I especially want to try it for fajitas.

i just did this today and i loved it. I didnot change a thing so easy and not overpowering at all. super moist. There was only one piece that was dried was becuase i didnot put enough of the marinate on it. nice good job claire. Cant wait to try the leftover.

This was really easy though I thought the recipe needed a bit more of a kick. The second time I made it, I added 1/4 cup tequila, thinly sliced green onion, a minced small habenero chile, and a tsp of allspice. Hit the marinade with the immersion blender and marinated legs and thighs for 30 mins. Excellent base recipe Claire.
