Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, this was great! Juicy, tasty...my fiance wasnt too crazy about when i stated a citrus chicken, but gave it taste and LOVED it, didn't come out as citrusy as he thought it would : i added the Herb Buttered Noodles as well with lil changes. :

I always feel bad when I don't give a glowing review, but this recipe is lacking flavor. However, it is very tender so I'm thinking that adding some more ingredients would make it a keeper. Probably needs more salt for one thing, I would mince the garlic rather than just smash it, and maybe add an herb (oregano, rosemary, basil, thyme. But as is I think it is a little boring.

This was amazing, SO delicious! I love how flavorful the citrus was without being overpowering.

The leftovers also made great chicken salad the next day.

Absolutely delicious! The meat was infused with a mild citrus flavor -- not dramatic or overwhelming, maybe that's why some people don't think it had a lot of flavor. I used the full recipe for marinade with 4 chicken breasts. (Too much marinade, btw, when prepared this way. Will halve it in the future if I only cook 4 pieces of chicken. I can see preparing lots of chicken then putting some up in the fridge for later meals. (Not sure if/how it will affect the flavor to freeze the cooked meat. Use a meat thermometer to test for doneness. I had noted other comments and, sure enough, mine wasn't cooked after 45 minutes. Very easy to make - just try it & see if you like the subtle flavor!

I really liked this recipe, will try next time with boneless chicken breast so I can slice the chicken.

Flavorless. No orange, no garlic...nothing but the slightest hint of lime that I only barely tasted because I was searching for flavor. I even made adjustments to try to up the flavor of this. I used the zest of both limes and a whole orange as well as a splash of orange juice. I added 2 extra cloves of garlic and I chopped all the garlic up in order to increase flavor. When I spooned the marinade over the chicken I also spooned some under the skin of the thighs (I used 5 thighs w/ bone and skin and I topped each thigh with a few pieces of the garlic. Still...nothing. Three stars (really more like 2.5 because the skin was crisp and looked nice and the chicken itself was very moist, also my fiance said it was good and that it had enough flavor (although he does prefer bland food...didn’t rave. May try again in the future with less olive oil to see if that makes a difference...and maybe I'll cook up the marinade to drizzle over the chicken. Also, took me 56 minutes at 375.

Nicely flavored recipe, I made 2batches of marinade, as I wanted 2double the recipe & have some extra chic pieces 4 the accompanying sandwich & chic salad recipe. We like garlic, so I added 1-2 extra smallish gloves. Lined my baking sheets w/lots of foil. 375 degrees for the specified roasting time did not work for me (my oven is properly calibrated, so I raised the temp to 400 degrees & cooked for 45 min. Served w/a small baked potato & lots of steamed broccoli, yum!
