Totally easy to make! I used the same amount of marinade but with four thighs since I was only cooking for two. I sneaked some garlic cloves under the skin while it roasted for an extra garlic flavor. With a 20 minute marinade and 45 minute cook time, I had dinner out in about an hour. Serve it with green beans and enjoy! Thanks Claire for a great recipe for anyone looking to find more ways to cook chicken.

Very good. This was the first time i had used oranges as a marinate. I used double the amount of ingredients in recipe like a previous reviewer. The oranges i used were really sweet. I only used 6 chicken wings and was suprised at how brown and crispy they became. A keeper.

The first time I tried this recipe I was a little disappointed...it wasn't anywhere near as flavorful as I thought it would be. That's when I realized that the small amount of marinade from 1/4 of olive oil, two limes, and one orange is not enough for 8 pieces of chicken! So I doubled the liquid ingredients, added a little OJ from the fridge for a more sweet/tangy flavor, and let the chicken marinate for an hour in a bowl covered with plastic in the fridge. The result? Citrusy, sweet, tangy, juicy chicken with an enormous amount of flavor! And I think the OJ really helped...try it!

I have been teaching myself how to cook over the past year by watching hours and hours of Food Network and it is totally working!! Especially with easy delicious recipes like this one. Additionally, I am trying to move away from food that has been overly processed to improve my health and weight. This was the first time I had cooked bone-in skin-on breasts and it was amazing. I will never go back to the little skinless breasts, this felt much more natural than using those and just like she said on the show, the flavor and moistness is so much better. Thank you, Claire, for your awesome show and delightful recipes, and thank you Food Network for keeping her on.
