Being a working mom I'll about fast, delicious, nutritious and inexpensive. This wraps all those up in a neat tasty bundle! So many times all the flavor gets in the skin but no where else and you're left with, well, bland chicken. Not so with this gem of a recipe! Lime and orange zest add pop while the juice adds a nice acidity. One comment said it needed more garlic. Try cutting the garlic in half or mincing for stronger flavor. The larger the piece, the milder the flavor. And for the comment on pan being messy. I used my broiler pan so the chicken didn't sit it it's fat and juice while cooking. If you soak it for a short period of time clean up is a snap. Better yet, use a silicone mat.

Everyone absolutely loved the chicken!! I liked it so much, I made it 3 days later. It was so cheap to make to! The only thing was the mess it left on my pan. It was so messy with all the runoff of the sauce.

I made this tonight and added more garlic like other reviewers suggested. The chicken was very juicy but I was surprised by the mildness of the flavor. Nothing to write home about. I think it will make great chicken salad though!

This recipe rocked! I love garlic ... rather than adding smashed cloves, I added 6 cloves minced. This helped balance out the citrus. I used the chicken in her wraps and shredded on a salad. It was very tasty!

The grown ups loved this chicken - the kids - not so much. I should have lined the baking sheets with foil. The drippings baked onto my 2 baking sheets. I love the 5 ingredients concept!

We used garlic flavored olive oil since we had no garlic on hand. We keep fresh cloves of garlic from Costco in olive oil and it keeps the garlic fresh and flavors the oil. And boy is the oil fragrant! Added extra zests of both limes and oranges and lots of pepper. Looking forward to this. Especially for sandwiches!

I made this recipe so I could start taking my lunch to work. The chicken thighs were very economical and tasty. What I found out was that my 12 yr old daughter Kaylen loved the thighs! She would never eat that part of the chicken. I did modify the recipe by adding some fresh ginger, brown sugar and marinated a little longer. The only thing I would change is to add a little more salt. Will definitely make again. Maybe next time it won't get eaten before lunch.

I was anticipating more flavor in the chicken. It was ok, but a bit flat.

I am normally underwhelmed with marinated chicken, but the marinade penetrated into the meat and this was the juiciest chicken I have ever made. Very simple and a nice presentation. Would be great for company.

I'm an experienced cook and followed this recipe to a tee. There was not nearly enough garlic flavor -- it was overpowered by citrus. It was easy but lacking. Perhaps mincing the garlic and adding some more depth in seasoning (chili flakes? would help. Sure it's a "5 ingredient" shtick, but why limit yourself? That's not why we cook!
