    Wow! I just tried this recipe for the first time tonight and what a hit it was! Super simple, super fast and the ingredients are basic kitchen staples we all have at home. I substituted lemon for lime..sounded more appealing to me and it was great!

    My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. We made guacamole to go on the side and the flavors worked great with one another. I will definitely be cooking this dish again!

    I used all chicken thighs. Everyone loved it and would like to have this at least once a week. Very easy and inexpensive. Clean up was a snap.

    My husband, 6-year old daughter and I all loved this recipe! I used the marinade with brined chicken wings and the meat fell of the bone and had a delicious kick. Not spicy but a little tangy from the lime. Highly recommended. I will keep this one at the front of my recipe file! It is my new go-to with any sort of chicken dish.
