These were amazing! Definitely a beautiful and delicious drink. My friends and family have been impressed every time and have even asked for the recipe! :

The clementine syrup and the vanilla vodka make this cosmo awesome. I loved this drink - it was not too sweet and I refrigerated the leftovers and had it the next day.

Easy to make! I used organic cranberry juice (the really tart stuff and they were the perfect blend of tart and sweet! I'm hooked on these and everyone I've made them for asks for the recipe...

I love these! I mixed up a batch and shook one for myself. My husband, who doesn't always like these type of drinks, tried it, and after that, every time I turned around, he had emptied my glass! It's nice and refreshing.

Being a citrus lover, i had to try these when i saw Claire make them. I thought they were very good and worth making again. I can understand how some consider them to sweet and would not serve them with dessert. however for the amount of alcohol in them i was amazed at how smoothly they went down. I even thought them quite refreshing. Would make an excellent after dinner drink on a summer evening.

Loved this and so did our guests. After reading the reviews saying this was too sweet, I decided to get RW Knudsens''Just Cranberries' juice, which is unsweetened. I tasted with every ingredient addition, to make sure the clementine flavor came through. With the intensity of unsweetened cranberry juice, I tried it with only 1/3 cup. That added nice color and the clementine flavor remained. I added the remaining cranberry and it was still great, but masked the clementine a bit more. Regarding the cranberry juice, add to your personal taste, but use unsweetened for that pure flavor.
Another question has been, how much clementine simple syrup should I end up with? I think it depends on the size of your clementines. I used fairly large clementines and simmered closer to 10 minutes. I ended up with almost 2 cups of simple syrup.
This will be one of my regular cocktails!

Made for New Year's Day cekebration, and everyone loved it. Used 4 clementines and only 1/2 C sugar. Still sweet, but not too. Recipe doubled easily. Will definitely make again - like today -- and will also make/freeze the clementine syrup for later in spring! A definite keeper! Thanks, Claire!

Just made this for a New Year's Day Dinner party. I used juice oranges instead of clementines because that was what I had on hand. I agree with some of the other reviews in that I will use less sugar next time + a bit more lime juice. The girls loved it!

I prepared this drink for a New Year's Eve Party. I used 1 1/2 cups of regular Splenda and used Splenda blend Cranberry juice and it was totally awesome. My second batch I just used 1 1/4 cups Grey Goose Vodka. If you like Cosmos you will love this drink.

I don't know--the Clementine juice just seemed like of blah--I ended up adding a whole lot of pomegranate juice to it and it was OK. Had better bubbly cocktails.
