Loved this cocktail recipe, I jazzed it up and used what I had . I added vanilla, I only had reg. Grey Goose, I added some cloves for a little Xmas zest Wow, easy recipe to play with . Made jugs of it for the holiday Yankee swap party and another jug for Xmas !! I had my cocktails after the cooking was completed !!

Very good drink...especially for the girls in your family or at a party. The guys didn't want a pink colored cocktail. The clementine simple syrup was a beautiful orange color. I used organic cranberry juice and bottled lime juice (because the limes available at the time weren't very juicy...will make again.

Yummy! Loved these & so did everyone else at my Christmas brunch. I doubled the recipe but added 3 extra clementines & cut the sugar by half a cup. I have shared the recipe a number of times & will be making again on Christmas Eve. The only other change I will make is to freeze cranberries as a garnish instead of clementine slice.

The clementine syrup and the vanilla vodka make this cosmo awesome. I loved this drink - it was not too sweet and I refrigerated the leftovers and had it the next day.

Easy to make! I used organic cranberry juice (the really tart stuff and they were the perfect blend of tart and sweet! I'm hooked on these and everyone I've made them for asks for the recipe...

I love these! I mixed up a batch and shook one for myself. My husband, who doesn't always like these type of drinks, tried it, and after that, every time I turned around, he had emptied my glass! It's nice and refreshing.

Being a citrus lover, i had to try these when i saw Claire make them. I thought they were very good and worth making again. I can understand how some consider them to sweet and would not serve them with dessert. however for the amount of alcohol in them i was amazed at how smoothly they went down. I even thought them quite refreshing. Would make an excellent after dinner drink on a summer evening.

Loved this and so did our guests. After reading the reviews saying this was too sweet, I decided to get RW Knudsens''Just Cranberries' juice, which is unsweetened. I tasted with every ingredient addition, to make sure the clementine flavor came through. With the intensity of unsweetened cranberry juice, I tried it with only 1/3 cup. That added nice color and the clementine flavor remained. I added the remaining cranberry and it was still great, but masked the clementine a bit more. Regarding the cranberry juice, add to your personal taste, but use unsweetened for that pure flavor.
Another question has been, how much clementine simple syrup should I end up with? I think it depends on the size of your clementines. I used fairly large clementines and simmered closer to 10 minutes. I ended up with almost 2 cups of simple syrup.
This will be one of my regular cocktails!
