Made for New Year's Day cekebration, and everyone loved it. Used 4 clementines and only 1/2 C sugar. Still sweet, but not too. Recipe doubled easily. Will definitely make again - like today -- and will also make/freeze the clementine syrup for later in spring! A definite keeper! Thanks, Claire!

Just made this for a New Year's Day Dinner party. I used juice oranges instead of clementines because that was what I had on hand. I agree with some of the other reviews in that I will use less sugar next time + a bit more lime juice. The girls loved it!

I prepared this drink for a New Year's Eve Party. I used 1 1/2 cups of regular Splenda and used Splenda blend Cranberry juice and it was totally awesome. My second batch I just used 1 1/4 cups Grey Goose Vodka. If you like Cosmos you will love this drink.

I don't know--the Clementine juice just seemed like of blah--I ended up adding a whole lot of pomegranate juice to it and it was OK. Had better bubbly cocktails.

This cocktail recipe is a keeper! My five star rating reflects the changes we made in the recipe, but you might like it sweeter and keep to the original amounts of sugar. We reduced the sugar and doubled the amount of clementines like some other reviewers recommended. We also used half citron vodka and half vanilla vodka. I've made it for three Christmas parties so far this year!

So delicious! The flavor of the clementines really come through! Very easy to make a big batch and pour it out as needed. We will definitely make these again!

I am always trying new cocktail recipes. We made this one together for the family holiday gathering, and we all had fun making it. Everyone loved it. Definitely a happy, and delicious drink. I will be making it again.

I made this terrific drink when I got home from work and it was fab. I did change the recipe a little such as instead of simple syrup I used Agave, tasting as I went so as not to get it to sweet which seemed to be the biggest complaint. I also used Grey Goose LaOrange and it was a wonderful drink with all the fresh ingredients. I also used four Clementimes but that should not make a difference. Try it you will "love" it.

I followed some of the reviewers' suggestion to decrease the amount of sugar in the simple syrup, which seemed like a good idea when I saw the small amount of syrup I was actually coming out with. And maybe that (the lack of juice was the reason the pitcher wasn't very full when I got done, and why the cocktails we did have were quite sour, or maybe it was just because I used plain vodka because that was what I had on hand. I wish there was some indication of how much clementine syrup I should have when I'm done, because I'm not sure if I made them right.
