I doubled the amount of clementines in the simple syrup for a stronger flavor. This may help with the sweetness.? Everyone Loved it. Makes an awesome do ahead drink for dinner parties.

This was easy to make and was a hit with the girls on New Year's, but personlly I would prefer plain vodka instead of vanilla. It was too sweet for me. Love the show! Claire is a doll.

I thought this was a really interesting, different way to make a cosmo. The first time I made it exactly as the recipe called for, but used plain vodka. It was much too sweet. The second time I made it, I used 1/3 cup of sugar and I thought it was just the right amount. I have tried it with both plain vodka and vanilla vodka. The vanilla vodka version is a smoother drink, but with only 1/3 cup sugar in the simple syrup, it's not too sweet. I have more clementines in my fridge just waiting to make this drink again!

Served to my dinner party guests; everyone loved them. Glad a made a double batch, I did squeeze more clementines that the recipe to bring out the taste. Plus I used a 'high-end' vanilla flavored vodka. I then made these for the Holidays, again everyone loved them.

We made these for both Christmas and New Years Eve this year. What a great recipe. We did leave out some of the syrup the second time we made it. The first batch was a little too sweet.

I really thought I was going to love this cocktail. I made a pitcher of it to serve at my New Years Eve party. Most of the women enjoyed it, none of the men did. I found the drink to be a little too sweet, which is surprising, because I like my cocktails to be fruity and sweet. Several guests asked for the recipe, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I wouldn't make it again, but since many of my guests liked it, it may be a matter of personal taste.

Good thought, horrible choice using flavored vodka. Will make with pure vodka and 1/4 cup of sugar.

I made the first batch folllowing the recipe exactly. Way too sweet. I made another batch using 1/3 cup of sugar and combined mixtures. Much better. If I make it again, I'll use just 1/2 cup sugar. My company loved the drink

We made the syrup ahead and mixed up a batch. It had a nice soft flavor with the vanilla vodka. It's a nice drink for entertaining.

I really wanted to like this. But it was too sweet and all I could taste was the vanilla vodka. I couldn't taste any of the other flavors. This recipe will not be added to our collection.
