Nice flavor - but if I make it again, I will use 1/2 the amount of sugar and regular vodka (grey goose, of course! - the vanilla flavor really took away from the flavor of the citrus The salvation was taking the entire to mix to my vita mix and adding lots of ice, thus turning it into clementine snow cosmos!!

The first time I made this I didn't have any vanilla vodka so I added vanilla bean paste- yum. The next time I used the vanilla vodka and it was great also. A keeper for sure

We loved this recipe, but I did it one time and it was bitter, so the next time i didn't add the section covers from the clementine pulp, and it was like candy . . .

Super easy & a fun use of a Christmas time fruit. I love it and so does my hubby who isn't a fan of super sweet drinks. Great drink! Fun & festive!

I saw this recipe yesterday and went straight to the grocery store to buy the oranges. Everything else I had at hand. My guests (girls AND guys were delighted to try this "welcome drink". Cosmo fans were immediately asking for the recipe. Since you are boiling the syrup, remember to make it at least 6 hours in advance so you can let it cool and chill in the freezer long enough.

Finally got around to giving this a try. It's delightfully refreshing. I'll be stocking up on some clementine simple syrup. Yum.

It was worth the extra effort of making the simple sugar and squeezing the citrus, this drink is delicious We made it for a Christmas gathering, and we had to have the men run out for more ingredients! A new favorite drink.

I found this drink to take a bit of time, squeezing the limes and clementines(double the recipe but it was worth every moment. This drink has a nice sweet tone that keeps you coming back for more.
