I'm giving it five starts based mainly on the the ease of the recipe in comparison to the taste. This tasted very good for something that didn't include making a curry from scratch and tons of labor, ingredients, and cost. I can't say I'd prefer this over an authentic Indian dish, especially the shrimp curry dishes from my local restaurant. I did not have fresh ginger on hand, so I just put in a small amount of ground. I think next time I'd definitely either increase the ground ginger or just make sure I have fresh on hand. I think I'd also double the lime juice for more flavor. I added plenty of salt and some sugar as well to balance everything out. Threw in some green onions when I added the shrimp. It tasted great over Jasmine rice that I cooked with peas and carrots.

Changed it up a bit. Added garlic & diced onion, which I sauted until soft. Also added a pinch of thyme & tarragon. Other then the added spices I used scallops with the shrimp. Yummy! My family loved it. Served it over brown rice. We will eat this again, and again, and again!

I can't wait to try this over white rice! Maybe if I am adventurous enough I might dip in some habanero for just a moment to add a pinch of WoW!~!~!~!

Yumm! Added onions, garlic and ginger paste, peas, carrots, mushrooms, corn starch and I used light coconut milk and served it with brown rice. DELISH! All the suggestions were great and my dinner was banging!

I sauteed onion and garlic in a pan and then added the shrimp to brown slightly.
Then added the above to the coconut milk mixture and poured the whole thing over
    angel hair pasta. Amazing!
