    This was quick and easy. I added just a little sugar to the sauce. I also added a bit of corn starch to thicken up the sauce before adding the shrimp. I served it with mashed potatoes that were seasoned with sour cream and chives.

    I'm going to try this next time with chicken instead of shrimp.

    To the reviewer that got a bitter after taste, you may have used too much curry for your taste. If you make it again, add curry a little at a time and taste as you go until it's to your liking.

    This dish was super simple to make. I did add a little more curry powder and I also added extra salt and some sugar. The end result was fabulous. It was very flavorful and I wish that I'd made more!

    Very tasty dish...So easy and went great with mango coconut rice. Just added a bit of corn starch at the end for a thicker sauce.

    Delicious.... easy, fast, and very good. We added more curry for a spicier dish and served it over rice pilaf with diced red peppers.
