This is a really delicious, easy and light recipe. I served it with the twice cooked turkey I substituted the butter with extra virgin olive oil and used frozen corn instead; would like to try corn on the cob for the next time.

I love this dish. For a simple recipe with few ingredients, the flavors were excellent. I will be making this over and over again!

My husband loves this dish! It's so easy to make and it tastes fresh and light. It's a perfect accompaniment to grilled dishes like skewers or BBQ'd meats. The total time for this dish says 1 hour, but if you prep as you cook, it honestly takes only 25 minutes tops.

Love this recipe! Never thought these 5 ingredients could be so wonderful together! I make this all the time for me and my boyfriend. It's perfectly creamy and delicious! A favorite in my house.

I love it...My husband especially liked it even more than corn on the cob. I plan to use this more often! Next time I will throw in some basil and Parmesan cheese to finish it off..This may be a good recipe to modify for the back country

I am slightly obsessed with corn and any dish that has corn in it! This one did not disappoint and hit every mark....sweet, crunchy, salty, creamy. Amazing and super simple! Will be making this as often as possible whenever I can find good, sweet corn in the store!

Super delicious recipe, fresh sweet corn added a wonderful touch to the dish. Only complaint is the time consuming steps. Now that I've made it, I will come up with a more efficient way to prepare this. But overall delicious!

Ok........seriously AMAZING! So simple w/ just a few ingredients. Creamy and light but very filling. Next time I will add a little shrimp to the dish to make it a one skillet meal. I would highly recommend making this one.

I made this last night along with Claire's Blue cheese and bacon stuffed chicken w/ grilled asparagus. Everything was fantastic~quick, easy and delicious! I didn't have any leeks, so I used shallots, it was great, but next time, I will definately use leeks. I can imagine how great it will bbe. I love Claire's recipes and would recommend them to anyone!
