    Claire's Brusssel Sprouts recipe won My Hunny's Admiration.We can still get fresh,so about twice a week have these now. We caught this episode earlier in the Year.Adores and I get Almonds,since My Favourite Nuts, hunny likes the Bacon flavour and eats a rasher for "cook's treat".

    I like brussels sprouts, but I did not like this recipe. Too many steps to go through, and in the end it wasn't worth the effort.

    I did not add the apple or nuts, but loved the crispy leaves of the brussels sprouts. Bacon was a great little topper!

    This recipe is a delicious twist on regular roasted brussel sprouts. Everything about this dish was delicious!! This could even be made as a main course! There were absolutely no leftovers! Would defiinitely recommend to any brussel sproute lover.

    We've been roasting brussel sprouts forever, using Ina's very simple, very delicious recipe. But we wanted to try something 'new' and we HIGHLY recommend Claire's recipe. The bacon 'bath' is just wonderful (who doesn't like bacon? and the apples and nuts add a sweetness that enhances the dish. FN needs to correct typos in their recipes, because if you didn't see Claire make this on her show, you can tell not to cook the apples and nuts, and you can pretty much figure adding them a the end, but the recipe shouldn't be wrong on their website.
