    My husband fixed this receipe for dinner tonight. He added pecans instead of the walnuts and didn't add the apples. But, I have never been able to eat brussel sprouts, and tonight I couldn't get enough! We both really enjoyed the recepe. Can't wait to share it.

    Followed the recipe as stated and these are simply amazing. My husband and I couldn't quit eating them. I am now a brussel sprout raving fan!

    I omitted the apple and nuts and my husband and I were very happy with this dish. Roasting brought out the sweetness in the brussel sprouts and when combined with the bacon it was excellent. A very simple recipe with minimal work and great taste.

    I love sprouts, but this one didn't quite hit the mark with me. It took a LOT longer to cook than the recipe. If you're going to roast sprouts like this, I'd just recommend doing it with a little bit of olive oil and salt and pepper! If you must add the bacon do, but IMO roasted sprouts done right stand on their own.

    This dish was well recieved by picky eaters. The apples help mellow any bitterness of the brussels sprouts. We'll have this again!
