    Love the sauce. I actually used lime since I didn't have lemon and it was really good. Hubby loved it and wants me to make it again. Very easy too...

    Out of this world. The fish is so moist and tasty, cooked perfectly, the crispy skin is such a treat. Switched the tarragon for dill. Heavenly. This recipe is now bookmarked!

    This is amazing!! Amazing flavor & incredibly easy to make. Everyone loves it! We couldn't find fresh tarragon, so we used dried & it was still wonderful. I would eat this every day.

    Pretty much fool proof with melt in your mouth results! I did have a problem with my skin starting to burn after about 5 minutes under the broiler, but I'll watch for that next time and maybe move it to a lower rack before it starts happening. Sauce is yummy, I didn't have tarragon so I just left it out. I'm sure it would be even better with it!

    I have cooked this several times, its absolutely fantastic. Serve this over rice pilaf, steamed broccoli with clarified butter....anyway, that is what I do...

    I saw this show and that same night decided to make this recipe. Boy what a treat! It's so easy, so quick, and so very delicious!!! It's my go-to salmon dish from now on.
