We hosted our wine-tasting group with Argentinian Malbecs and I selected this recipe to have something chocolate to go with a red wine, but different. I did not have golden raisins but love to use dried Michigan cherries and it was a perfect substitution. We did use Callebaut white chocolate. The recipe drew rave reviews from all 14 of us. This is easy to prepare and sinfully delicious.

Wow, this was so easy....but SO GOOD! I didn't have orange food color so I mixed red and yellow. This is so good, I am going to try and use other items such as green color with mint? You can get really creative with this. YUMMY!!!!! I wish Claire had a book??? : LOVE HER!

This turned out great, I never knew how much golden raisins go so well with white chocolate.

I have not used orange extract before but it is wonderful in this recipe. I am sharing it with everyone. My son is not a sweet eater nor is my husband but they loved this recipe. I made it for my sons birthday and the orange color was great - October b'day. I can't wait to try this new flavor in other deserts. Thanks.

Can't rate this because I haven't made it yet. I need an answer to this very silly question--crisped rice--is that "rice krispies"?

Stop "reviewing" recipe when you haven't tried the recipe. People read the reviews to see how the recipe turned out, not what you want to change in the recipe. At least make your changes then write the results.

Made this today. The softness of the raisins, combined with the crunchiness of the crisped rice -- and the orange flavor ... Great!!! I did add some water to the colored chocolate to make it drip easier for the top decoration. Now, I can't wait to try it with anise flavoriing (with maybe black food coloring mint or peppermint flavoring (with green food coloring, and even possibly, lemon flavoring (with yellow food coloring. Love it!!!

I havn't made it yet, but think I would substitute peanuts or walnuts or pecans instead of the raisins. JoAnn from Mi
