I have to say that I loved this episode. Since I generally cook for 1, I'm always looking for new ways to use leftovers, whether for lunch or dinner. This sandwich is simple and easy, but I never would have thought to combine it with honey mustard, endive and tomatoes. The flavors from the ingredients come together really well in this sandwich. Since I didn't have honey mustard on hand, I made my own out of honey and dijon mustard, and found that the spicyness of the dijon mustard gave the sandwich a little extra kick.

I actually found this show refreshing, she seemed to explain her recipe in simpliest terms. I'm currently cooking this recipe this evening to see how it actually comes out. I hope my family will enjoy this twist with the orange juice.

I disagree with the viewer who acts like Claire treated viewers like "toddlers". I'm not an accomplished cook, I'm 56, and sometimes I just need the "idea" of what to eat and eat healthy. If the program is too childish for you, then turn to another channel. But I, for one and most likely others, will stay tuned in for the receipes AND the ideas of what to fix for supper, and lunch, and snacks. Keep up the good work. This sandwich, no matter how juvenile it might have seemed to make, was delicious. Especially when using ingredients already cooked beforehand. Loved it!
