Ingredients
- 1 to 2 cups cream or half-and-half
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried, pitted dates, roughly chopped
- Grated nutmeg
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a glass or glasses and serve.

Delicious! I used nonfat Greek yogurt and nonfat milk for a lighter take and I didn't even need the honey because it was so sweet on it's own. A great guilt-free sweet snack!
