This chicken recipe is awesome! I allowed it to brine for the full four hours. Then I rinsed and added the dry rub. The smell was so great coming out of the oven! My husband told me after his second bite that I could make this chicken again anytime! I had made 3 chicken ***** since that was how many were in the package. My husband was very full but really contemplated eating the 3rd one. I talked him into eating it tomorrow for lunch. I am sure that it will still be very juicy and full of flavor then. Thanks Claire for an easy delicous recipe!

An update: Since making this SEVERAL times it is still awesome. When making chicken wings I decided to give the dry rub a try on the wings. I marinated the wings in buttermilk and then baked them covered in the oven. When they were almost done I took off the foil and rubbed them with the spices. Put back in the oven to brown and they came out great!
