Beautiful presentation for a dinner party. Moist, very tasty and easy to prepare.
I used 4 bone in chicken breasts and did not double the recipe for the brine. All 4 breasts were covered with the brine which I marinated for 2 hours. I doubled the recipe for the rub, had plenty to spare but used it all anyway. IF you have any leftovers the chicken makes great sandwiches and deliciously tops any kind of salad greens. PS- Using the "5 Ingredient Fix" BBQ sauce, which is the best I've ever made or bought, makes a more casual and picnic style fun meal.

This is so juicy and flavorful! I love the skin. Could this technique be used with turkey? How about ribs. I think this would be great on baby back ribs. For those looking for BBQ seasoning, it's in the spice aisle. McCormick makes several and so do many other brands.

I found a BBQ spice recipe by searching Food Network. This is chicken is so juicy! Never had any thing like it before. Made it last summer & making it again this week to chase away the winter blahs!

Usr BBQ Rub as the BBQ seasoning found on the spice isle. I made this abd the Smoked Peaches for my wives family last week end and they all said it was the best chicken the had ever had. They like the peaches as well!
