I made this for lunch today for my family, and everyone was so impressed with how juicy and tender the chicken was. The only thing I will change next time I make it is use less salt in the rub and use a little less rub period on the chicken. I covered the whole top surface of the chicken with the rub. We all agreed it was a little too salty, though still good. All in all, I will definitely use this recipe again!

Just made this tonight for dinner!!! It was super moist and delicious (after I took ofrf the skin I wish I had read the previous reviews before preparing, and I would have made the suggested dry rub. I purchased a BBQ Seasoning trying to cut back on time and it was way to spicy for me. My husband and son did not mind the heat but we all thought it was too salty. I'm not sure if it was from the brine or a combination of the salt in the rub and the brine. I will definately try this recipe again, creating my own rub with less salt and heat. Enjoying your show!!!!

Can't wait to make this recipe. The dry rub recipe is in the recipe with the chicken. the BBQ sauce recipe is by its self with the other recipes under No-Grill BBQ.

The dry rub is what ever one you already like. If you have one in your kitchen that you like, you can use it. Or you can go to search in this website & search bbq dry rubs. Have a great day!
