    My hubby and I really enjoyed this. But I put double the cream cheese since I could only find a bag of frozen spinach instead of the frozen squares, and used lemon to bring out the flavors even more. Too easy to make vs buying ready made. Great with tortilla chips!!

    love this!! used lowfat cream cheese, but only four oz.. green onions and a little minced garlic. a little lemon juice and zest really kick it up a notch!! could eat spinach everyday!! love you claire!

    Very Tasty! A good way to eat Spinach. Next time I will try to put the Lemon and Lemon Zest in. Thanks Claire for looking after my health.

    I changed a few things. I didn't thaw my spinach all the way (didn't seem dry that way, I added garlic and orange peel, used a large onion (love onions. I think next time I will add 1 cooked slice of bacon and maybe a finely chopped egg boiled to the recipe to make it a bit more. I can't cook with salt so I have to make changes in everything. Thanks!
