Great recipe. Lot's of flavor. I'd cut the lemon juice back though to a teaspoon and then add to taste. I used the recommended amount and thought it too lemony. Just made it though, so I hope it mellow by serving time.

This was easy peasy! My family loved it and we eat a lot of greek food! I made the sauce to accompany the lamb burgers which were wonderful!
I was looking for a really good dinner that was packed with flavor but not the calories! Looks like I found a keeper!

it was good but wayyyy too much lemon. the yogurt was tangy enough let alone adding zest AND juice. I had a regular box grater and tried both small sides and they were KILLING the cuccumber. so i used the larger side to drain it then after tossing it all together it was way too chunky. so, i put it in the food processor and it was better. I also had to add about a tablespoon of sugar just to off set the sour of the lemon and zest. I made it for chicken tenders i baked w/ greek seasoning and olive oil. The mint would be amazing in this ;D

Excellent! I'll never buy the store bought stuff again! I did use about 1/2 the lemon zest as some said here it was strong. Great on the burgers!!!

It's very lemony, I should have added the lemon juice a little at a time until it was right. It was still very good and super easy!!

Loved this! SO easy and delicious - I used this both as a dip and as a spread for sandwiches. Highly recommended!

Simple to make and full of flavor. We made the chicken and salad recipes contained in this episode as well and loved all of them!

This tzatziki was a little too lemony for me. I served it in some gyros, and it overpowered everything with lemon. I recommend cutting back on the lemon juice and the lemon zest.
