This recipe was delicious. I added some jalapeno chicken sausage I had and used fontonella cheese and made my own garlic oil and it was amazing! Definitely one I'll make again!

I saw Claire make this recipe on the Cooking Channel a long time back and I would swear that she put thyme leaves on it instead of oregano. That's the way I made it and it was amazing! Or am I losing my mind????

On the subject of garlic oil, I just did what rltranscriptionist did and made my own. I sauteed some garlic cloves in EVOO and it was perfect.

The only OTHER thing I did with this recipe to put it over the top was to sprinkle some freshly grated parmesano reggiano cheese over the top. Very lightly. Gave it a nice little crusty feel and a fantastic flavor! So now, it's a SIX ingredient fix! LOL!

Very good! I could not find garlic olive oil so I sauteed two cloves of garlic in regular olive oil and it worked fine. It had just a hint of garlic flavor, so I think I will try hard to find some actual garlic olive oil for next time, because I think it will make a big difference. I could not find fresh pizza dough so I used Pillsbury pizza crust. Do not use this crust for this pizza! It tastes too sweet and tastes just like canned biscuits, which does not go well with the savory flavors. I will definitely not make this again without fresh pizza dough.

Also, a little tip for the ricotta cheese, let it set out about 20 minutes before you use it. I used it straight from the fridge and it didn't melt completely on the pizza like I would have liked.

Overall, super easy and very tasty!!

Absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! I made this for the first time tonight. I didn't have any garlic olive oil, so I just made my own with extra virgin olive oil and a couple cloves of crushed garlic. I just heated it up for about 20 minutes and it was great! The store didn't have fresh oregano, but they did have fresh marjoram (Go figure!, so I used that instead. I always read reviews, but I've only once before wrote one. This was so good though, that I had to let everyone know! :-

Cheesy and delicious! What a nice change from red sauce
    (which is very acidic.
Next time I want to try basil instead of oregano and add pancetta on top .

Yum! I used Pillsbury thin crust pizza and baked the pizza for about twenty minutes. I made my own garlic infused olive oil - I heated two cloves in about 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. I also used part skim ricotta and mozzarella - just as good as the pizza shop!

Very good. I made this with whole wheat tortilla instead of pizza dough (I was in a hurry for lunch and loved it. I just browned one side turned it over and placed the ingredients on top and put back in for a couple of minutes to melt cheese. Served with a simple green salad. I prefer thin crust and this was just perfect. Will do again.
