Very good. I made this with whole wheat tortilla instead of pizza dough (I was in a hurry for lunch and loved it. I just browned one side turned it over and placed the ingredients on top and put back in for a couple of minutes to melt cheese. Served with a simple green salad. I prefer thin crust and this was just perfect. Will do again.

easy to make, simple yet delicious. My son loved the ricotta cheese. I couldnt find garlic flavored olive oil, so i just marinated crushed garlic in regular EVOO overnight..but it still lacked garlic flavor. I also added some sun dried tomatoes for some extra flavor and color. yum!

It was a simple dish that was absolutely delicious! I made it for my family and they loved it. And just a tip, if you add chicken, it's even more yummy.

This is the best white pizza recipe I have tried. The flavors were great just like take out. The only problem I had is the dough on the bottom was not cooked enough if I left it in longer the cheese would have burnt. I thought the solution was the olive oil on the pan I never used that method before I always used corn meal. I guess I have to pre cook crust a little before I put the toppings on. Other than that great pizza! One note I could not find garlic flavored olive oil so I did what Rachael Ray does she puts some oil in a small pot and adds garlic cloves heat if for a little while and the garlic infuses the oil. No need to buy expensive/hard to find oils.

Delicious! We've eaten it as the recipe is written with a little less ricotta, dried oregano and part skim mozzarella and have sometimes added sauteed spinach and bacon. We've stopped with take out pizza so much because Claire's pizza is so much better. Thanks Claire! Keep up the good work!

The pizza came out great. Next time I will use a little bit less ricotta cheese.

i think the recipe is an awesome idea and that it needed nothing more than what was on it.

I decided to try this recipe because it seemed very quick, easy, and inexpensive. And it was! I had the hardest time finding garlic olive oil, so my mom showed me how to make it at home. Also, I couldn't find any frozen pizza dough, so I just bought the box mix. Overall, the pizza was very yummy! The flavors worked very nicely together.I think personally I just needed something more on the pizza but not meat. I think I'll take Jennifer's advice advice and add tomatoes and onions. I'll definitely make this pizza again!
